How is insurance work carried out?
An estimate will be prepared & given or sent electronically to the insurance company engineer along with digital images. Once authorization is received parts will be ordered. Should there be an exceptional delay we will contact you. Once repairs are completed we will contact you to arrange delivery and advise of any outstanding costs.
Do I get a replacement vehicle?
If your policy entitles you to one you will receive a two door Micra/Ka sized car( this is defined as an A class car by all Insurance companies) Should your policy not entitle you to one , but another party admits liability it may be possible to organize a car , or if the vehicle is not large enough at additional cost we may be able to provide a larger car.
What can cause delays to my car been finished?
Manufacturers parts may not be available or subject to back order. Additional parts/ repairs may be identified during the course of repairs requiring additional authorisation.
Will you clean my car?
On completion the car will be washed and vacuumed inside.
Can you undertake additional work?
We will know take on any additional work you would like on your car ,such as Body and paintwork, Air conditioning, Servicing, Tyres and Exhausts. To arrange work please ask for an estimate when the car is booked in. When Additional repairs in the same location as the accident damage can be incorporated at a fraction of the normal cost.
Why haven't you repaired some of the damage to my car?
Claiming for damage not related to the incident is fraud. if you require any additional work undertaking we would be happy to provide a written estimate for extra work.
